Over life-sized head of an African man truncated at the neck with exaggerated and stylized features; figure has large mouth, broad nose, furrowed brow, and a mustache; his closely cropped hair is styled into three rings at top of head; surface of skin is smooth and highly polished, hair is roughly textured.
